We use a multimillion-dollar XRF analysis machine to ensure our products are RoHS-compliant and an EMS/EMI lab to guarantee compliance with CE certification. Also, we have a professional dust-free room for some of the health or home care products. Production is carried out by 100 workers in our facilities in the Taiwan region and the Chinese mainland. Orders in Taiwan and export products from the Chinese mainland or Taiwan region are acceptable.

Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
We use a multimillion-dollar X-ray analysis machine to ensure products are RoHS compliant. The products are approved by ISO 9001:2000 certification to perform 5S and ensure quality. Own EMS/EMI laboratory for testing the interference elements in harmonics, conductions, radiation and power-source variation so as to search the countermeasure. The products are able to match completely with CE certification requests after the EMI laboratory is established to provide customers with more service.
Quality Control Procedures
We execute IQC inspection of components & materials and check all the inspections before production. Implement SOP manual instruction on production procedure. Final QC includes rigorous inspection of products before shipment and provides quality analysis reports.
